Why Organisational Constellations?
What Is Organizational constellations?
Organizational constellations is also known as systemic work or family constellations. This method is developed by founder Bert Hellinger.
Who Is It For?
In organizational constellations we don’t see the person as only an individual, we are looking at a person, a team or organization in a broader perspective and context like what is the position of the individual or team, what is the history of team, the organization or even the buildings/ground where the organization is located.
How Can My Organization/Team Benefit?
It is a team-building exercise whereby, we look at the system of the organization as a whole and from there we look at the individuals. It gives another view on reality and gives the opportunity to look from different perspectives.
So How Does It Work?
1. Guiding Principles
During the constellation we will respect the three principles:
- Connection: everyone belongs to the system
- Order/hierarchy: everyone has their own position, it’s about taking and owning your position within the system
- Balance: there is a balance between giving and receiving
2. Analyze & Constellation
The organizational or team constellation will be conducted by the organizational constellation. With the organization, we will analyze what the question is and who is part of the system. We will constellate the question involving the team members, functions, processes and/or products.
3. Your Organization's Values
It is important to know the core values of your organization so they are part of the constellation. So what are the core values on organization, employees, processes, products and customers?
